Breasts contain mainly fat and suspensory Cooper’s Ligament. That means, without support, breasts will stretch beyond repair and lead to irreversivable breast sag. Doesn’t sound too nice, huh?!

Well, most runners are not D or E-cup, but a lot of runners struggle to find a good sports bra. I have tried quite many bras since I borrowed my mother’s for the first time at young age..!
Crop tops are great for the ones with a A or B-cup. If you are B and further up, I would recommend you to try a model with more support. A good sports bra should support your breast not put too much pressure. What I mean is that a good sports bra should be tight, but not so tight that you can’t breathe!
Many women feel that they need to wear two bras for best support. If you can get hold of a Shock Absorber lever 4 bra, that could be something to try!
My favourite brand is Shock Absorber. SA is an English brand, sold in Scandinavia as well as the UK. But, I’m pretty sure Victoria’s Secret in the US also sell one or two models.
I have testet many of their models, but I prefere Shock Absorber Plunge and Flexiform.
Great design, adjustable fastenings for better fit and good sweat absorption and transport. The bra is wet after hard training or hot conditions, but you don’t feel cold or sticky!
