I’m rather a morning person than the queen of night, but I still think it’s early to run threshold at 7.30 am… I got up a bit earlier, had a light snack and some water before I scooted out for 6×5 min.
It’s just that after eight hours at work, I’m tired and my legs feel heavy. The first two intervals are not super quick, but I don’t feel it takes forever to get going either. So, I rather run the hard sessions like this one in the morning.
Today I used the Mizuno Wave Idaten 3. It’s fine, but I still prefer either Adidas Adizero Adios, Mizuno Wave Ronin 2 or Adidas Adizero Boston for such a workout. Why? Because I think the other models have a better response when I hit the ground than the Idaten 3.
