I’m back in Oslo and trying to get my energy levels back to normal! Saturday before traveling home I finished off the training camp with a threshold session of 2-1-1-2-1-1 km at the cross country trail at Alfamar. After the speedy start of the stay, I was more tired at the end of the week with last Thursday’s threshold session and then Saturday’s. I started quite easy on the first 2 km. I did check my lactate level half way, and 2.7 is fine. Because I felt tired, I didn’t push it and ran the same pace though the rest.
Since coming back, I have felt sleepy and lacking of energy. But I guess that’s quite normal after a longer period of hard training. Tomorrow I’m planning on running two laps at Sognsvann Rundt Medsols. I hope that will make me feel better!
