First thing first, where does the speed sensor to the Nike+ shoes go..??! Seems like the guys in the Tone VS Andreas Challenge don’t know how to use the kit. We are leading big time with more than 3000 km! Good job!
Here’s the shoes I’ve used the most logging mileage. This is Nike LunaRacer. Super-light shoe with great cushioning compared to the weight. Only 140g in wmns us 8 and still cushioned enough for a marathon race I think!
The midsole is LunarLite foam and highly responsive for such a lightweight model. The upper mesh is exchanged with Flywire. It’s tensile fibers which act like super strong ligaments wrapping and supporting precisely where it needs it. Absolutely a must for you if you’re planning to run a long road race and want it as light as possible and still some extra protection for your feet!
I haven’t been the best to log all my runs… I have been to Portugal for training and there’s been more track sessions than easy long runs. But I still hope I have made a contrubution to the challenge; Men VS Women in Norway.
Seems like the girls enjoy this challenge. Even though I hardly run with music or a speed & diatance sensor, I found this challenge very encouraging.
Last week to log kilometers now! Go girls!!!
