So drumroll puhhhhleeeeeease! The lucky winner of the ifitness belt is….
Commentor #98, Tri Girl, who said this, “The old Who song says it all… “I want it I want it I want it…” Thank you so much for reviewing the belt. I don’t have a lot of expendable income, so I like to have a “heads up” before I pull the trigger. I would carry: tissues (I thought I was the only one with runny nose issues until I read all your comments!), electrolyte tabs, jelly bellys, ID, and some cash. No phone, you may ask? Nope. No phone. I’m probably the one American in existence who doesn’t use one. Sad, eh?”
And yes, I do agree that you may be the one person who doesn’t use a phone! 🙂 Congrats and please send me your mailing address so it can be sent out to you!
Hoooooray! Sorry for everyone else who didn’t win, BUT I have a special offer for you from iFitness. They said they will credit you shipping ($3.50) if you mention Chic Runner when ordering. In order to do this, all you need to do after your order the belt, is email them at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell them you found them on Chic Runner and they will refund the $3.50 to your credit card. You can visit their site and pick out whatever color you would like. Sorry I can’t give everyone one, but I hope that helps. 🙂
It was very interesting to see what you all would run with! So many of you said tissues and kleenex, and I have never thought of that. I am just gross and wipe the snot on my sleeve. Also, SO many of you said chapstick! That is a really good idea too but I usually just put that on before I run and have never thought of taking that with me. In my iFitness Belt I run with my iPhone, house key, Driver’s License, and Band-Aids.
So I got new shoes and finally got them out and got them moving last night. Just call me the bumble-bee with these black and yellow beasts. Yes they are on my headboard.
I don’t know why the picture is so blurry but they are pretty sleek looking. I really like the bigger toe area in these ones and my run last night gave me no toe problems. Now they just need to completely shed their old skin so that they will be back to normal and hopefully the toe problems have ended. Thankfully.
I’m glad you guys all got the point out of the post yesterday. I just wanted to show people that so many of the advertisements and photos that we look at are not even ‘real’ people. I am guilty of doing the same thing so often and realizing that they are not real just shows that we need to have better role models and look up to real people.
Tomorrow I am going to talk about high school running days and why I could run so fast last night. Get excited. 🙂
