Jan 25, LFB basketball news: Charde Houston played her last game for Tarbes

Houston who was a third round WNBA draft pick in 2008 by the Minnesota Lynx made it as a professional basketball player and also on the international scene she was successful with the US team during the 2007 Pan American Games where the USA ended up with a gold medal.

Furthermore she is experiencing the overseas basketball domestic leagues and top competitions: in 2008-2009 Houston played with the Israeli club side, Bnot Hasharon, in the Fiba Euro cup while in 2009-2010 she competed in the prestigious Euroleage women with Tarbes from France.

Although basketball seems all her life she is also giving back to the community with her foundation work.

Houston has returned home early now:

In the basketball news section of the local newspaper: Tarbes issued an official statement that Charde Houston was released from her contract.

However she should soon be training again to prepare for the WNBA season starting in May.
