After Miessha Tate got her title rematch, Liz Carmouche got a new opponent in Brazil’s Jéssica Andrade according to a report by MMAFighting.com.
Andrade (9-2) got two submission wins in 2013, including a second round guillotine choke over Milana Dudieva in Russia. Her last loss was to #5 Unified ranked flyweight Jennifer Maia in December of last year.
She was set for to face four different opponents this summer, which are off the table with the UFC debut. This will also be her US debut having fought in her native Brazil and Europe.
The 21 year old will have a task ahead of her in the #7 unified ranked Carmouche (8-3) who is coming off a loss to champion Ronda Rousey.
The match will air on the main card on Fox TV July 27th.
