Because of the Nike men vs women challenge I was quite keen to get back from work and in to my trainers today. Monday and Tuesday where days with intervals, so I looked forward to two easy runs today. Felt good this morning and a sunny afternoon made me smile:).
I’ve got these compression socks without a foot. It’s designed for soccer players to wear underneath the shin guards and their team socks. The CEP Soccer O2 Sleeves are fantastic, I think. It got the same compression level as the CEP O2 Running Socks.
Do you need them?
Do your calves tighten up during training or competitions?Leg cramps?
Are your legs tight and stiff after hard sessions?
Then I think this is a perfect sock for you, if you also like to be barefoot in your trainers, – or for you who think the original O2 sock is too thick in the foot for your racing flats. Or maybe it’s for you who will wear them in track spikes with little space left for socks…!
I really liked the CEP O2 Soccer Sleeves. Even though I’ve never really used compression for training, I think I will use this type at easy long runs in the future. I like to use compression for recovery, but many sports are picking up the new trend for optimal performance.
In action picture of the sleeves might be posted tomorrow..:)
