Rutgers star Epiphanny Prince will forego her senior year to play professionally overseas in Europe. According to the Associated Press, Prince stated that she felt it was her time to go and that she would like to enter the WNBA draft in 2010. Prince still hasn’t signed with a team or an agent yet.
The WNBA is a little more stringent than the NBA. Before players are eligible for the draft they have to have graduated from a four-year university or be removed from high school for four years, be at least 22 years of age, or have completed their college eligibility.
