How many years have you been participating in your fave sport?
I have participated in endurance running for 13 years and triathlons for 4 years
What was your fave sporty moment or memory?
Crossing the finish line of my first ultra-marathon in South Africa! 54 miles of pure beauty, amazing volunteers and enthusiastic spectators.
What was the biggest lesson you’ve learned from playing your sport?
To enjoy the journey. For me it is not about how fast you go or how you place in your age group but knowing that along the way you learn more about who you are, help inspire others to reach their goals and to pay your gift forward.
What lessons have you learned about work ethic from your sport?
You can do anything you set your mind to. With dedication, determination and heart you will reach your goals whether they are work, life or sports related.
