SEATTLE – The Washington women’s basketball team has signed three recruits to National Letters of Intent, head coach Tia Jackson announced on Wednesday evening.
The 2011 class might be the best that Jackson has assembled in her four years on Montlake. Aminah Williams, Talia Walton and Jazmine Davis are highly rated prospects, fit specific needs and come from winning programs. The new crop of recruits remains in lockstep with Jackson’s philosophy of ensuring the state of Washington’s best players comes to the UW.
“This has to be the most versatile and explosive class we’ve accounted for since the start of my tenure in 2007,” Jackson said.
