Hopefully you don’t choose to skip the run and watch sports on TV…
Today, like most of my runs this winter, I chose the Sporthill Pursuit II Top. The latest model is called Sporthill Summit Top.
It’s a 1/2 zip top with an almost windproof 3SP material in front and sleeves. This is a miracle fabric which is really warm when the weather is cold. The 3SP blocks the wind and let your sweat come out. You can see the damp or snow on your arms and chest, but you won’t feel wet or cold during training.
The back of this top got a Swift fleece. This fleece is made for optimal ventilation. I think this fleece is warmer than a “regular” fleece. It works really well with the 3SP material.
This is my first choice almost every day I run outside from 0C/32F to -5C/15F. If it’s really cold I would wear a tight singlet or t-shirt underneath, but most of the days I wear only the top. Kind of hard to understand how warm this top is, but once you’ve tried it, you won’t wear your jacket again..!
