Plants produce the microscopic round or oval grains caluced by the plain-looking plants (trees, grasses, and weeds) that do not have showy led pollen in order to reproduce. The types of pollen that most commonly cause allergic reactions are prodflowers.
Every year is different
This spring has been good to me. I have felt quite good. Which means that I haven’t felt much of the blossom of trees. The birks are usually the main problem for me. It starts with a runny nose and dry itchy eyes. Then I feel really sleepy morning and evening… – More than usually…
It’s like I can hardly get out of bed in the morning.
But so far so good. I feel sleepy, but my breathing is fine during training. During the spring of 2006 and 2007 I struggled with my breathing and my legs where sore and tight very often. It took a long time before I could train at my best.
This year I’m training different and the stress on my legs are not the same as it used to be. Most important, I haven’t felt the same symptoms (runny nose, sore troath, tight muscles) as strong as before. I have also decided it’s not going to stop me this year!
What to do then?
So, are you feeling more sleepy or tired from training than usual? Listen to your body, take it easy with training until you feel better.
