Lucy Kabuu: Running
Kabuu is a Kenyan distance runner.
Kabuu is a professional distance runner from Kenya. She focuses on the 5k, 10k and marathon distances. She competed in the 10k at the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Games, finishing nineth and seventh respectively.
She won the 10k and took third in the 5k at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
Kabuu ran her first marathon in Dubai in 2012. She finished in 2:19:34, taking second. That same year she ran the Chicago Marathon, placing third in 2:22:41.
