Exclusive Interview With Brazilian Star Vanessa Porto

Porto is an MMA fighter from Sao Paulo, Brazil. She fought Jiu-Jitsu in the beginning of her career. She went pro in MMA in 2005 when some fights came to Brazil. Porto trains under coach Pedro Iglesias.

In 2007 she won the FFF 3- War of the Roses, defeating Hitomi Akano. In 2008 she won the RFC - Revolution Fight Club 2, defeating Germaine de Randamie. She stopped fighting between December 2009 and December 2010. She sites having no manager as reason, however she continued to train. Porto continues to train under coach Pedro Iglesias.

She competed in the Invicta FC2, losing to Sarah D'Alelio in 2012 and the Invicta FC 3, beating Tara LaRosa.
