Complete Media Coverage Announced for NPF Championship Series

2014 NPF Championship Series

Headlined by CBS Sports Network Live Coverage of up to 4 Total Games

August 15, 2014 – Nashville, TN - National Pro Fastpitch announced today its complete media package for the 2014 Championship Series. The package will feature national television coverage of the Championship’s Final Series in its entirety on CBS Sports Network.  A combination of television, Internet streaming and radio will be available for fans to follow along with every pitch of the 2014 Series.

CBS Sports Network will kick off coverage on opening day of the Series in Game 2 between the #1 seed and the #4 seed at 9:00 pm EST. The national television coverage on CBS Sports Network will continue Friday at 8:00 pm EST with Game 1 of the Final Series and will continue Saturday at 2:00 pm EST along with a 4:30 pm EST “if necessary” Game 3 of the Final Series.

CBSsports.com will carry live stream of both Thursday games that take place at 6:30 and 9:00 pm EST. That stream can be accessed through the NPF website at www.profastpitch.com with a simple click on the link.

Winkler Productions will continue to produce NPF’s television coverage through the Championship Series and will also produce Thursday’s video stream. The broadcast team of Eric Collins and Barb Jordan will deliver the call on the live broadcasts on CBS Sports Network as well as Thursday’s streaming on CBSSports.com.

Every game of the Championship Series will be covered through Internet radio webcast. The radio coverage can also be accessed through the NPF website at www.profastpitch.com by a simple click on the link. Nate Regotti will be on the call for the complete radio coverage throughout the Championship Series.

This year’s Championship Series will be held at the Hoover Metropolitan Stadium in Hoover, Alabama and will take place Wednesday August 20th through Saturday August 23rd.
