Bailey and Macallister, 6th graders at Sunset Ridge School, helped their school basketball team reach the conference finals this season. Two of the four 6th graders to make the team of 6th, 7th and 8th graders, Bailey and Mac contributed to making school history – this was the first time the team reached the finals. After a hard fought win in the semis – a 1 point victory in overtime – Sunset Ridge lost in a tough, competitive game to Glencoe in the finals. We are so proud of Bailey and Mac. They played with such heart. No doubt the Sunset Ridge team has a bright future with Bailey and Mac playing such a significant part. Congrats! to Bailey and Mac and the entire Sunset Ridge team.
