This is a 3 part series brought to you by the Bay Area Track Club which focuses on Marathon and Half-Marathon training.

Olympian Magda Lewy Boulet and world-class marathoner Peter Gilmore are the speakers. The two will walk you through how to structure a marathon training schedule, avoid injury, and maximize your potential.

Attendees will have the chance to ask questions and enter a raffle to win prizes from Sports Basement and Saucony.

This event is taking place at  Sports Basement Presidio at 6:30pm on August 25th.
