Powerful Women Athletes Summit - Jillian Camarena Williams

The Powerful Women Athletes Telesummit is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in free LIVE interviews with the top women throwers in USA Track & Field as they prepare for the 2012 London Olympics.

· How to train your mental game for the world's biggest stages

· How to stay motivated, focused, and set goals

· How to keep balance and avoid burnout

· How to have a healthy lifestyle and compete with integrity

· How to follow your dreams and achieve success!

These will be REAL conversations with REAL women; lively, 45-minute conversations with real, relatable female athletes who know what it takes to be successful at a high level. There will also be a 15-minute Q & A session at the end of each call, during which you’ll have a chance to ask your questions.

Jillian Camarena WilliamsJillian Camarena Williams
  Jillian is the American record holder in the indoor shot put and is tied for the outdoor record. She has currently claimed the past seven USA Indoor titles in the event. She won the bronze medal at the 2011 World Championships, the first American woman to ever medal in the shot put at the World Championships! As a high schooler, she was also a swimmer, and played basketball, volleyball, and softball.
