The annual Grand Blue Mile street run is host of the USA 1 Mile Road Championship. The race is taking place on the streets of downtown Des Moines, Iowa. There are fun races for all age groups. Check out the schedule below!

2013 Grand Blue Mile Schedule

6:00 p.m.             Iowa Kidstrong Fun Run
Non-competitive ¼-mile fun run for Iowa Kidstrong program participants

6:15 p.m.             Recreational Division
Open to all ages & abilities, including runners, joggers, and walkers*

6:45 p.m.             Women’s Competitive Division
Open to all competitive runners and recommended for sub-8-minute milers

7:00 p.m.             Men’s Competitive Division
Open to all competitive runners and recommended for sub-8-minute milers

7:15 p.m.             Women’s Invitational Championship**

7:30 p.m.             Men’s Invitational Championship**

7:45 p.m.             Awards
