Get Your Mental Game In Gear

As hockey players and coaches, we often focus the majority of
our time and energy on the physical side of the game.

From on-ice practices to off-ice training, most of our resources
go directly towards the “hockey” side of things.

But as baseball great Yogi Berra once said,
“90% of the game is half mental.”

While that might not be entirely correct, the truth is that
we could all benefit greatly from spending a little more time
and effort focusing on the mental side of the game.

I’ve written many articles about the mental side of the game
over on Total Female Hockey that will help you take the
psychological side of the game to the next level.

You can check them all out by clicking on the link below:

Enjoy!

And please feel free to pass this information along to anyone that
you think might benefit from it.

Keep Working Hard and Dreaming BIG.

Your friend and coach,

Kim

PS: Your mental game is by far the most critical area of your game to develop
if you want to take your performance to the next level this season and beyond.
I’ve created a step-by-step program called MENTAL PERFORMANCE PLUS
that you can start using today to build rock-solid confidence, develop laser-like focus
and move towards your big dreams each and every day.
