Going Pro isn’t about clicking your stirrups three times ( via @HeraeaMarketing)

Sedona, AZ- Professional Barrel Racer, Christina Dusendang signs with Heraea Marketing.

Christina Dusendang

Going pro is not as easy as clicking your stirrups three times, take it from Christina Dusendang from Decatur TX.

This young professional female athlete is making the circuit of barrel racing look like fun and although it is, there is definitely skill involved in handling these majestic animals.

Dusendang has come on the PRCA circuit later than most barrel racers, but she is moving fast up the ranks with the horses, Bug Ya For Moolah and Bully by Design, “these are the athletes”, says Christina. Their performance is what makes the win and I’m grateful to be partnered with them. “

“We are excited to have a Pro Barrel Racer on our roster”, says Gigi Rock, Owner and Founder of Heraea Marketing. This is why I created Heraea Marketing exclusively for the professional female athlete, we work with all sports and women who are just turning pro and those who have been around, we love finding these elite female athletes.

Christina comes from a family of five siblings and parents who were on the rodeo circuit too. She began running barrels at a very young age of 5 and hasn’t stopped since. 2013 is Christina’s year, focusing on the ultimate goal of running in the National Finals Rodeo Alley (NRF) in December in Las Vegas.

With support from Chris and Shelley Hayes from Philadelphia Tennessee, they have created the first Christina Dusendang Signature Saddle. “When i first sat and rode in my Triple Creek Signature Saddle, I knew that riple Creek understood a “natural fit’, says Christina.

The Hayes are also partners with Joel and Nancy Sherlin of Circle S Stables of Athens TN and have hired Dusendang to race their top preforming horse “Bully by Design” who won the 2012 NBHA World Championship. “Their dream is to have their horse run the NFR, and I plan on helping them achieve this goal”, says Christina.

Christina is currently on the road competing on the circuit for professional barrel racers; you can watch her videos on YouTube and catch the highlights on the PRCA website and more.

“This is one athlete you’ll want to watch”, says Rock.
