In the San Antonio Stars’ loss on Wednesday, head coach Dan Hughes left the game with an injury. It was later diagnosed as a lower back injury, but he won’t miss any games, according the Stars.

He was transported to MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington D.C. Hughes suffered a lower back injury. He will return home with the team tomorrow and is expected to be on the sidelines on Saturday, Aug. 8 at the Freeman Coliseum when the Stars host the Seattle Storm.
