Interesting day in Parityville

UTSA upset #24 Western Kentucky by the slimmest of margins, 64-63.

#3 Baylor trounced Kansas State, 68-46, for their 17th straight win.

Cal State Northridge toppled Long Beach State, 67-52, by rallying. They snapped the 49ers 15-game winning streak.

Kansas got past West Virginia, 65-59.

Oklahoma ground out the victory over Texas Tech, 70-64.

TCU downed Oklahoma State, 71-62. The Cowgirls have dropped three in a row.

BYU edged San Diego, 54-50.

Green Bay put away Detroit, 75-58, and made a program record 16 three-point shots in the process.

Louisiana Tech routed Rice, 88-71.

UC Riverside held off Cal Poly, 82-78.

Player news:

Georgia Tech sophomore Kaela Davis became the fastest Yellowjacket to reach 1,000 career points against Notre Dame Thursday.

Perfect so far in conference play:

Oklahoma and Fresno State.
