At the Gatorade G Series FIT launch party in Beverly Hills, I caught up with 2010 So You Think You Can Dance (SYTYCD) winner Lauren Froderman who talked about what she's been up to since her win, how SYTYCD changed her life and why she tried out in the first place.
Froderman also talks about how the new G Series FIT line helps her in her daily routine and what it means to be an athlete ambassador for the line.
"It's so cool with G Series FIT to have dance be a part of it and take dancing to another level. For me to be on the journey is an honor," she said.
Froderman also shows us some impromptu moves and tries to get her SYTYCD partner Stephen "tWitch" Boss to do so as well but he must be camera-shy...check it out!
