Today, Thursday, March 12, 2015 will be the announcement of workout 15.3. It has taken me a bit longer than last week to recover from 15.2 which was a repeat workout for the Open 14.2. Overhead squats to chest to bar pull ups do not seem that bad until you start your round of 14 reps. On the two rounds of reps of 10 and 12 you can cruise along at a moderate pace, but when you get to reps of 14 something hits you and you realize it is the Reaper trying to rip out your lungs or detach your foreman’s from your body.
There were record breaking scores this year for 15.2, but I was most inspired by my friend Lindsay Hare. She is a mom, military wife, CrossFitter and nursing student.
