The Games have Begun! Masters and Teens CrossFit 2015

The silence before the storm has finally ended. Wednesday morning, the Official CrossFit Games will begin for the individuals at Hermosa Beach in the ocean and on paddle boards. The Masters (40-60+) and the Teens (14-17) have already begun to show the World what they are made of. Champions and athletes of all ages get to show their extreme level of fitness this week. The mindset of getting old is no longer an excuse. The young ones get to show off their skills as potential superstars of the future. It is extremely inspirational to see what the human body can accomplish no matter the age, for both males and females. Shark week is over, but the CrossFit Games have begun!
