Aiming for long and slender legs?

Hi, I'm Hanne Lyngstad and I write Irunthereforeiblog to inform and teach you who are interested in training and gear. I'm a runner and I raced my first competition in '90. I've liked the individual competition a lot, and now running is my lifestyle. Through my former job at a running specialist store in Oslo, I have learned to appreciate quality gear and equipment. I have learned to distinguish between a good shoe and a not so good. I love seeking the good feelings of training, and hopefully you will enjoy reading about it!

  • Longer legs might be difficult to get through training... Bouncing bum, though?

You might have seen the long slender legs and the tiny brief on boards or ads in glossy magazines? Some are of Helena Christensen (40 years old) with some really nice legs...

Might be too good to be true, huh?
Well, maybe not...:) If you get a pair of Reebok EasyTone and use it for your walks or at work, you will increase the exercise on calves, hammies and bum when walking. That's because two balance pods with moving air will make a natural unbalance when walking. So that again will result in a bouncing butt and lender legs because you use your legs more active when wearing Reebok EasyTone! What are you waiting for???

I've not tested the Reebok EasyTone yet, but I have had a few runs in Reebok RunTone. RunTone got eight balance pods with moving air which create a unique softness with ever stride, forcing your muscles to work harder.

    How does it work?
At heel-strike, air is compressed in the heel pods and forced out towards the forefoot. Some of the air at heel strike is also sent to the medial heel of the shoe to provide the lateral stability necessary in running. As the forefoot lands, the air is pushed back to the heel. The result is the micro-instability and softness needed for toning in a safe and comfortable running profile.

    What's the benefit?
The Reebok RunTone provides more activation in key running muscles as calves and quads with RunTone technology versus a traditional running shoe.

I like the model and I'm actually impressed by the weight as well. Only 317 g/11.1 oz in US 7.
