If you've ever wondered how Olympic athletes do basic strength and conditioning training, check out this Under Armour video of U.S. Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn.

Vonn has taken a basic philosophy and added to it for her own personal philosophy that has helped her work as hard as she has in order to become the best ski racer in the world. She added to the popular philosophy "If you work hard, it will pay off in the end" by saying, "if you fall, get up stronger, hungrier, more ambitious. Setbacks help you to concentrate. When successes fall into your lap, you lose sight of your goal."

This crowd favorite began skiing at age 3, entered races by age 7 and participated in international events as a nine-year-old. Now she is the only American woman to win two World Cup overall titles. Needless to say, I'm impressed by her workout in this video. I started off watching, thinking I could do the things she was doing... that is until I saw a couple of the exercises, such as the skier squats she was doing on the large balance ball towards the end. She is clearly an incredible athlete, and everyone should be sure to watch for her in the upcoming Olympics!
