International professional surfing champion Nancy Emerson, founder of Aloha
Surf Clinics on Oahu, is now launching "Nancy's Lokahi Surf Training" aimed
at surfers, both intermediate and advanced who want to capture conscious
mental skills with Lokahi (The Hawaiian meaning for) mind, body and soul to
improve your surfing for peak performance, personal and competitive success.

Dates for Nancy's Lokahi Surf Training are November 5th, 6th, & 7th, and OR
12th, 13th & 14th 2010.

The training takes place on the Hawaiian island of Oahu,an
island known for its warm tropical Hawaiian waters and of course world class
surfing.

Nancy's Lokahi Surf Training sessions will not only be a lot of fun, you
will be improving what you, as a surfer, need and want to bring about.

Lokahi Surf Training consists of (3) three full days of surfing under
Nancy's personal guidance. One day there will be a yoga session, one day a
Tai Chi session, and each day International surfing coach Nancy Emerson will
speak on Lokahi while sharing different ways of enhancing new levels with
one's surfing. There will be time each day for Questions & Answers as well
as enjoying a wonderful lunch daily with fellow surfers.

The rate for the 3 day training is $850.00 per person + tax which equals
$885.00.

Rate for 3 days includes: surf training, lunch, and transportation to and
from your hotel or condo in the Waikiki or Diamond Head area.

Sign up by September 30th and receive a $50.00 discount. Gift Certificates
are available.

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements ie: flights,
car rentals, accommodations and meals before/after surf training. You are
required to provide your own surfboard, if you need to rent; there are surf
shops we can recommend with board rentals on Oahu.

Important note - surf board rentals need to be prearranged by participants
to insure availability during surf training dates.
