I should be studying, but I can't focus. I watched the World Cup final today and as I'm sure everyone is very aware , Spain has taken the world title. Cool.

I noticed that during the medal/trophy ceremony there stood behind the row of national dignitaries who actually present the medals to the 3rd and 2nd place teams, a row of identically dressed, tall, women. Most of them were white. What the fuck? They were placed like ornaments. I can't remember if they actually carried medals or the trophy onto the stage, but there they stood still as statues behind a row of dudes. Pretty annoying how this is so blatantly sexist and no one seems to care? Sort of like the women who carried the medals on stage during the Olympics. So sexist, so tired.

In other news, this picture made me laugh. Where's a tazer when you really need one? (kidding)
