Softball is a game of errors. The team that commits the least amount of errors usually wins - that's the nature of softball. The most common source of errors is softball throwing.

Softball throwing errors are common and happen for different reasons: bad decision-making, poor technical skills, executed under pressure, etc.

Softball throwing is the most fundamental skill in our sport. It's important to spend time refining and mastering it and it's good to revisit the basics once in a while. This video discusses how to grip the ball properly for proper throws.
