Ali Krieger: Soccer
Krieger is an American professional soccer player and US World Cup Team member.

Krieger attended Penn State University where she was named Big-Ten Freshman of the Year, two-time All-American, a semifinalist for the M.A.C. Hermann trophy, team captain, a first team NSCAA All-American, and co-defensive player of the year. In 2007, Krieger went to play for the FFC Frankfurt in Germany until an injury in 2008. After healing in the US, Krieger returned to Germany in 2009. She was named to the US National Team in 2008 as she was assigned to the Washington Freedom, but had to forgo the Freedom due to her contract with Frankfurt. She played her first game for the Freedom in June, 2009. She is part of the 2011 US World Cup Team.
