Hey everyone,

So yes, I know it’s been a while since I lasted posted but let me give you the scoop on what’s been going on!!

So just when I thought my season was over and I was getting ready to stop training and rest up for next season, I get a call (or email I should say)… Da-Da-Da-DUH...I was contacted by USA Track and Field asking me to represent the USA in the Pan American Games in late October!

For the past few weeks I knew there was a chance that I would be going but I wasn’t sure so, we were going to just shut me down, and get ready for 2012! But last week, my coach, my adviser, and really thought about the pros and cons on competing at the PAN AM Games. After some thinking we all concluded that, the PROS outweighed the CONS!

So guess what? I am on my way to Guadalajara!! I’ve been taking a few days to get by body and everything straight and ready so I will be able to go hard these last few weeks! And pick up where I left off!! For those of you who read the about me, you would know that the last USA team I competed on was the Jr. Pan Am Team! So I think this is a great place to start my return to USA track and field!!

Look for more updates as training and everything is getting ready to shift to gear me for these games!!!
