Hey everyone,
Monday was my 1st round in the 400m hurdles, and I am pleased to report that I qualified to the next round!! I took 2nd in my heat, and 3rd overall! So that means, I will have a good lane in the finals!! I executed my race pretty well, so I’m really happy about that.
Yesterday was my day off so I was resting, relaxing, and getting ready for the finals!! Now, today, I have to go out there and leave it all on the track! As long as I run my race, I should be very happy with my outcome.
I’m also hoping to have a “MacKenzie Center” video posted!! assuming I figure out how I can upload it
