Hey everyone!

So there was another rainy day in SoCal! This is starting to get a little out of control. Yesterday I went to see my asthma doctor. He gave me good news, regarding some tests, and that my asthma meds are keeping my asthma under control yaya! I was happy to hear that we are sailing down the right path (my doctor and I).

As for today, since I didn’t have to train, the rain didn’t affect my training just a little annoying!! I’ve been in the house today relaxing thinking about holiday stuff with my mom getting ready for more QT with the family. Oh yea and my little brother came home so that is always good. But outside of that nothing much has been going on. Hopefully I will be able to get back on the track tomorrow, we will see.

On my down time I have been able to get in a few movies. One movie I saw was “How do you know?”. It was a good movie I enjoyed it, it had some great actors, Jack Nicholson, Reese Witherspoon, Owen Wilson, Paul Rudd, just to name a few. However, one thing that Reese Witherspoon said that I found to be useful, was on the lines of, “if you are going to do something you might as well do it all the way”. When I first heard it I just thought wow, yea she is right!! There is no reason to half do something, if you half step you will always fall short! HOWEVER, that doesn’t mean if you apply yourself fully, that you will always succeed. With that said, people must take chances in life, you can not be afraid to fail. If things don’t work the way you want them to, you must get up and try again, or look hard at the situation, because a new opportunity my present itself. Either way, you will never know if you do not try, and there is a chance that things may work the way you want them to. However, people can not limit themselves by there fears, do not let the thought of failure paralyze you and keep you from meeting your full potential. So next time you attempt to do something you might as well give it your all, be a risk taker. I once read to be successful you have to be willing to take risks!!

xoxo MacKenzie
