Hey Friends,

So today has been a day on the run!! I went out and had a good workout; it was a good one considering that I have been under the weather. I was consistent on all my runs and the times were good so I was happy about that. Now I have to find an ICE BATH to get into this week. Then after I grabbed something to eat I hit the WEIGHT ROOM. We didn’t have a session with rob today but he was in there so he dropped in and gave us a few pointers here in and there. I actually had a good day in the weight room today I really pushed it on the bench press. I have set a goal for my self in the bench press and I am now on a mission to get it, I am no longer aimlessly wondering and just benching. It wasn’t until today that I noticed that I am really getting stronger. I sat back, and registered what I was lifting. Before I was just looking at my paper and throwing weight on the rack. There are lifts that I couldn’t even think of lifting a few months or even weeks ago there were easy for me today. I was really amped. Even though the weight room has never been my strongest area it is coming along because I know I will only be as strong as my weakest link. Well guys, I have to run a few more errands and finish my assignments that are due tomorrow. Talk to you soon.
