As hockey players and coaches, we often focus the majority of
our time and energy on the physical side of the game.

From on-ice practices to off-ice training, most of our resources
go directly towards the “hockey” side of things.

But as baseball great Yogi Berra once said,
“90% of the game is half mental.”

While that might not be entirely correct, the truth is that
we could all benefit greatly from spending a little more time
and effort focusing on the mental side of the game.

I’ve written many articles about the mental side of the game
over on Total Female Hockey that will help you take the
psychological side of the game to the next level.

you think might benefit from it.

Keep Working Hard and Dreaming BIG.

Kim
