NACWAA members are on the move! Nikki Babik has been named Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at Seton Hill University. She previously was Assistant Director of Athletics/Compliance Coordinator/Senior Woman Administrator at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
Karen Pfeifer will step down as the Director of Sports Medicine at Kennesaw State to assume the role of Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Welfare at the school.
Lynn University elevated Sara Quatrocky to Assistant Athletics Director. In addition to her duties as Director of Student-Athlete Services, Quatrocky will now oversee the Sports Information office for the Fighting Knights.
Jessica Harbison Weaver has been promoted to Coordinator of Academic and Membership Affairs at the NCAA. She formerly served as an Administrative Assistant for the NCAA.
Kudos to the 2011 NACWAA Administrator of the Year honorees: Themy Adachi, Mills College; Wendy Taylor May, University of California San Diego; Karen Morrison, NCAA; Carolyn O'Connell, Loyola University Chicago; Susan Delaney-Scheetz, Pennsylvania State University; Carol Howe-Veenstra, College of Saint Benedict; Donna Woodruff, Stony Brook University; and Theresa Yetmar, Baker University.
