M. Dianne Murphy, Columbia University’s director of intercollegiate athletics and physical education, was inducted into the University of Denver’s Athletics Hall of Fame on October 25. Murphy served as the Director of Athletics at Denver from 1998-2004. She successfully guided the Pioneers’ transition from NCAA Division II to Division I in 1998 and managed the building and opening of the prestigious Daniel L. Ritchie Center for Sports and Wellness.

After serving six years as the manager of marketing and special events at Nova Southeastern University, Kim Carbo has been promoted to the position of assistant athletic director for marketing, development and fundraising.
