Drug Free Sport announced the recent promotions of Dr. Kathy Turpin and Erika Kuhr. Kathy has been promoted to Senior Director of the Sport Drug Testing Department and Erika to Director of the Sport Drug Testing Department. The Sport Drug Testing Department is responsible for the overall administration and operation of 300+ individual college/university/junior college athletic department testing programs; the Big Ten Conference and the Big 12 Conference testing programs; and three state high school association’s testing programs.
Leslie Busch has been hired as assistant commissioner of the East Coast Conference. She was previously assistant athletics director for external relations at Queens College.
Former Georgetown Business Administrator Patricia Moran has accepted the position of assistant director of athletics for business operations at The College of William and Mary.
Kristen Ely has been named assistant director of athletics for student services and compliance at Maryville College and will serve as the department’s senior woman administrator. She was formerly women's volleyball coach and assistant athletics director at Westminster College. Read the news release
