Passionate, resilient, strong and inspired aren’t only the cornerstones of NACWAA values, but the words also describe key characteristics of the 38 athletics administration professionals who attended the 2014 NCAA/NACWAA Institute for Administrative Advancement West held in Denver, May 28 – June 1. This level one institute provides participants with the platform for growing their professional community, expanding their knowledge for advancing in the field and gaining a renewed sense of self ready to take on all of life’s goals. Team NACWAA was thrilled to work with this motivated group of professionals along with the 18 faculty members who delivered intentional messages instilling insights and creating action items for all participants.
