Hi, I'm Hanne Lyngstad and I write Irunthereforeiblog to inform and teach you who are interested in training and gear. I'm a runner and I raced my first competition in '90. I've liked the individual competition a lot, and now running is my lifestyle. Through my former job at a running specialist store in Oslo, I have learned to appreciate quality gear and equipment. I have learned to distinguish between a good shoe and a not so good. I love seeking the good feelings of training, and hopefully you will enjoy reading about it!

It's almost three weeks since I stepped out of my comfort zone and got a new job at Milslukern. My work has been mainly to teach and guide the other employees within the running segment. How to test and guide customers to find the best running shoes for them.

Yesterday, it was my turn to learn something new! For the first time ever I stepped in to a kayak... It was great fun to try different types of kayaks and feeling the difference in stability.

Looks like my head is attached to the life jacket... - Like a paper doll...
I really enjoyed it and had lots of fun. Will try kayaking again for sure:) Want to know if I went for a swim involuntary...? Nope.. Didn't push it that hard. The water was too cold ...
