Professional Barrel Racer Christina Dusendang Signs with Impact Gel Corporation

Arizona - December 10, 2013 -Christina Dusendang and her horse Bug Ya for Moolah sign with Impact Gel Corporation.   

Impact Gel saddles have been used by more world champions than any other saddle company in the past decade (impactgel.com). They are a highly regarded company with a substantial amount of success and the latest addition to their team, Christina Dusendang.  

Dusendang has always dreamed of competing in the National Finals Rodeo (NFR)

 and has without a doubt had the talent to do so for several years, but has been plagued with misfortune. A slew of injuries to her horses and countless problems with her traveling equipment have been her kryptonite, but 2013 appeared to be a promising year to overcome those things. Four months into the year she was ranked 39th and had a great chance to maneuver her way into the top 15, which is what it takes to get to the NFR. However, in May, Dusendang began noticing Moolah's body having a lot of tension and stress and she knew he needed a break or he was going to get seriously injured.

"A break in the rodeo industry means you won't make the top 15. That was okay though, because Moolah means more to me than any title. He isn't a machine, he's an athlete with a mind and soul," Dusendang stated. 

It has been a crazy year for Dusendang and Moolah. Not many things have gone according to their plan, but they keep rolling with the punches and have been able to accomplish incredible feats. Winning a state title in two consecutive years is difficult for a jockey, but it's almost unheard of for a jockey to do it with the same horse both years. Dusendang and Moolah are not like most other jockey horse duos though. They have a bond that is rarely seen anywhere except in the cinema. They take care of each other and are determined to accomplish their goals no matter what setbacks and problems they are faced with. 

"My path and dream to make the NFR will happen, I won't quit!"  

 Dusendang begins racing again in Arizona, January 2014 for the American Qualifier.
