While a lot of top players in the class of 2013 waited until fall to commit, the class of 2014 may move a little sooner.
Internet chatter says Jatarie White, a 6-4 center from Charlotte, N.C., may be the next big name in the class to make a decision with an announcement coming this summer.
White recently made a road swing through the Bluegrass state with stops at Kentucky and Louisville as well as Tennessee at least twice. The Lady Vols are very high on White, who has size and skill. She was the AP and Gatorade state player of the year in North Carolina and averaged 19.0 points, 10.6 rebounds, 3.2 blocks and 1.8 steals last season for Providence Day School.
Post is a position of need for Tennessee, and the Lady Vols also have considerable interest in Makayla Waterman, a 6-2 forward from Kettering, Ohio, and LaJahna Drummer, a 6-2 forward from Los Angeles, Calif.
