In keeping with SB Nation’s innovative use of social media in reshaping sports journalism, our vision is a women's basketball site that goes beyond merely providing game reports; instead, we want to capture the narratives that fuel our passion for the game, while maintaining the critical stance that helps us understand the game better.

Our first player interview on the podcast is with Essence Carson. Topics include her return this season from an ACL injury she suffered last year, her thoughts on the Liberty's return to Madison Square Garden, and as her musical endeavors. Her artist name is Pr3pe, and you can buy her music on iTunes and listen to her music at http://www.essencecarson.com
3. Nicholas Gallucci, Ph.D., Professor of Psychology at Western Connecticut State University and Sports Psychologist
We decide to change things up a little bit here by having Dr. Gallucci on our show. In our interview with him, we talked about the psychology within individual athletes, sports teams, and even how exercise can improve athletes' performance.
4. Michael Cooper, Head Coach of the Atlanta Dream
(Twitter)
Our last interview is with Michael Cooper, Head Coach of the Atlanta Dream. We talk about his goals for the Dream this summer, how the team's guard rotation will shape out during training camp, and also his thoughts on Magic Johnson and his ownership group buying the Los Angeles Sparks. Cooper was a former player for the Los Angeles Lakers from 1978-1990 and was a long time teammate of Johnson's.
Thanks again, and we hope you enjoy the show!
