I Skyped with Shayla Houlihan, one of the elite entrants in the field for the New Balance Women's Steeplechase at the New Balance Boston Twilight meet on June 5th at Bentley University in Massachusetts.

Shayla is one of the fastest steeplers in the US and the world this year and has been setting PR's like there's no tomorrow.

Shayla and I talk about being on the edge of earning a sponsorship, pursuing your wildest dreams, her goals for this season, and just how fast she wants to run on June 5th!
