Last night, while we all all sat stunned by the horrific events that took place during the Boston Marathon, our society showed how resilient it is by once again not letting an act of violence stop us from moving forward.
Like many of you, I was distracted last night and forgot to watch the 2013 WNBA Draft, but it went on, as we all do. As was predicted, the Phoenix Mercury selected the 6′ 8″ center out of Baylor, Brittney Griner. The rest of the draft went like this:
