As part of the Oakley “Peform Beautifully” weekend in Napa Valley, A Glam Slam had the opportunity to participate in activities alongside a group of very inspiration women, including Oakley athletes Gretchen Bleiler and Jenny Fletcher.

Olympic snowboarder, Gretchen Bleiler, was largely responsible for Oakley’s push towards more feminine, fashion-forward gear. Gretchen’s signature collection in 2006 was the first line that Oakley had ever done with an athlete, male or female. Her input helped to change the whole look and feel of snowboarding outerwear and in turn, has impacted additional women’s offerings. A Glam Slam got the scoop from Gretchen on her design role with Oakley, her personal style off the slopes and her newest business venture: a line of water bottles. Check it out:
