Prior to hitting the court for the first Grand Slam of the 2014 season, Serena Williams utilized her time down under to shoot a new fashion campaign. The tennis star serves as a brand ambassador for Australian underwear company, Berlei. The latest shots have her modeling the company’s stylish sports bras.

While in Australia, Serena also dished to Elle Australia magazine on her style both on and off-the-court. This year’s tournament has her dressed in a black and pink Nike ensemble, paired with Berlei bras. Within the piece, she notes that she works closely with both brands in designing her competitive apparel. For the full interview, read on here. Below are a few excerpts:

Tell us about your work with Berlei?
I’ve been wearing Berlei bras for years. My mum first introduced me to them; she’s been buying my bras for me from Myer since I first started coming to the Australian Open. I’ve been a brand ambassador for two years.

What are the most important factors to consider when buying a sports bra?
Comfort and support. If you’re doing as much moving and running as I do on court, you need to know your bra is going keep you comfortable and supported. I also think shape and lift are important factors, and you know I always want to look fabulous.
